With over 20 years of consulting and research experience, Amanda is skilled in combining qualitative and quantitative methods to help clients develop a complete picture of consumer attitudes and preferences. She takes pride in helping ensure clients are asking the right questions and then applying her deep research methodology skills to help address those questions.
She’s focused the last 10 years on consumer products (new product and concept testing, product useability, claims evaluation, package and communication optimization) with companies such as E&J Gallo, Nestlé, Purina, SC Johnson, and The Honest Company.
Prior to working in market research, Amanda worked for a global professional services firm for ten years, specializing in the areas of employee research, change management, culture integration and talent management.
Amanda is a certified Research Expert for the Qualtrics survey platform and an experienced SPSS user of over 20 years. She received her facilitation skills training from Interaction Associates.
